THE SHEPHERDS EYE FOUNDATION ATTENDS PLENARY SESSION OF ESHA.

The Shepherds Eye foundation an Enugu based Ngo recently took Pupils to an Easter Mentoring excursion to the Enugu State house of Assembly to see how the law which is the guardian Principle of the Society and being very oblivious that the law is being Violated here and there visited the plenary Session of the house where the Pupils witnessed how the law on Anti corruption was passed by the members of the Assembly.

The days session started with a recognition that the Ngo and her Pupils were Present at the gallery.

The leader of the house Hon Iloabuchi Aniagu of Nkanu West State Constituency while explaining the merit of the bill urged his colleagues to support it as it would go a long way to Check corruption amongst government officials, corporate organizations and individuals in the state.

In an interview after the session the Executive director of the Ngo Engr Mrs Chinenye Okeke who led the t ineam said it was interesting that it was on the day of their visit that the bill was passed noting that corruption is a major bane of the society as the children who are victims of this deadly virus visited the law makers.

She further observed that the law will be a major key to development and the Ngo have been working hard to help the victims of these practices she concluded.
