The Speaker of Anambra State House of Assembly, Dr Somtochukwu Udeze, has described Archbishop Alexander Ibezim, of Ecclesiastical Province of the Niger and Anglican Bishop of Awka Diocese as a true anointed prelate.
Udeze made the complimentary
marks in his birthday message to celebrate Ibezim’s 62nd birthday in a press release made available to Journalists in Awka on Monday by Mr Emma Madu, his Chief Press Secretary (CPS).
He said that Ibezim is a God’s anointed servant whose divine service in God’s Vineyard has transformed the lives of people to the glory of God.
Udeze felicitated with the Anglican cleric on behalf of the State Legislature on his birthday.
The Speaker maintained that the Prelate has distinguished himself in the service of God and humanity through his sound evangelical disposition.
The Speaker noted with joy the testimonies of liberation and breakthrough coming from the Archbishop’s monthly Prayer Drive entitled” El Shaddai” as being confessed by the congregation of Awka Diocese, revealed that Archbishop Ibezim is truly a priest and prophet.
He commended the Archbishop for his efforts towards the propagation of churches in Niger Province and Awka Diocese, adding that his vast experience in church administration has helped in the tremendous growth of his episcopate.
.Udeze said while wishing Archbishop Ibezim more glorious years in his divine mandate, enjoined priests and parishioners in his Province and Diocese to support him at all times and pray God to bless him with longevity and sound health.
